The Ranger plan is our elite managed services plan, offering everything in the previous plans and doubling the amount of on-site support time included in the Watchman plan. In case of an emergency, any hours spent either remotely or on-site for server recovery (from a complete disaster) are included, and are not deducted from your allotted on-site support time. Your VCIO personally visits you on site to review your Monthly Operation Reports and your quarterly Executive Business Reviews.

The Watchman plan steps from the Sentinel plan up to fill the entry point for our full-featured managed service plans. It adds spyware monitoring & removal, daily server backups, general software upgrades, and includes a storage server (installed) with up to 2TB of storage. At this level, and above, you can add our "line of business application package" for a flat monthly fee. The Watchman plan offers UNLIMITED phone/remote support time, and even includes a limited amount of on-site support time. Your quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Monthly Operation Reports (MOR) are personally reviewed online with your own Virtual CIO.

The Sentinel plan builds on the Scout plan by adding end point security and patch & service pack management. It also adds ongoing asset management and an ongoing IT policy enforcement bundle. This plan doubles the amount of phone/remote support time available in the Scout plan and offers (optional) network device management for an additional flat monthly fee.

The Scout plan is an entry level managed service plan that focuses solely on remote monitoring. The plan includes the monitoring as well as email notifications based on your monitoring preferences. It also includes Service desk access with a base amount of included phone/remote support time. The Scout plan also includes a Monthly Operations Report (MOR), and quarterly and yearly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
